Two-step admission: complete 90 quarter hours of science and general education prerequisites (about six quarters) with C or better, then apply to the seven-quarter professional phase. Requires 2.75 GPA in nursing prerequisites and 2.75 in the science courses (A&P I and II, Microbiology, General Chemistry), ATI TEAS at Proficient level with results no older than 14 months, Level I and II background check, physical exam with immunizations and TB assessment, urine drug screen, and proof of health insurance. Application deadline is usually the first day of the quarter before admission; one or two classes admitted per year per campus; 180 credits total.
