World Campus offers only the online RN to BSN (120 credits, 36 of last 60 at Penn State); applicants must have completed an RN program or hold a US RN license, and need an active RN license before clinical courses. Deadlines: October 31 for spring, March 15 for summer, June 30, 2027 for fall. Apply via MyPennState ($65 domestic, $75 international) with SRAR and official college transcripts; tuition $644 to $692 per credit for 2026-27.
