HESI Evolve Reach pre-entrance exam with 75% in Reading, Grammar and Math (two attempts, results valid one year, $50 exam fee); $75 enrollment fee per admissions page. Requires HS diploma or GED, criminal background check, physical within one year with TB screening, immunizations, AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers, photo and liability insurance participation. Admits January, May and September; 48, 64 or 80 week formats; next class January 2027.
