Minimum 3.00 GPA in all eight prerequisites combined and in the four sciences combined (3.60 competitive), C or better in each, 7-year recency on sciences; TEAS minimum 70% overall with 65% in English and Reading (80% competitive). Personal statement form (300 words per question) plus optional experience and language forms for points; background check and drug screen must be clear for entry. Fall (Hayward) NursingCAS and Cal State Apply close Nov 30 with transcripts due Jan 31; Spring (Concord) closes Aug 31; NursingCAS fee $65; five terms.
