Entrance exam is the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam (minimum score not published). $100 registration fee with application; must be a US citizen or permanent resident and Ohio resident with a high school diploma/transcript. After acceptance: BCI and FBI background checks, CPR Healthcare Provider, physical exam and TB test. Next cohort starts January 11, 2027 (enrollment deadline December 23, 2026); hybrid 12 month program.
